We are located on the middle floor of the old Wentworth-Dennett Schoolhouse (the art studio building with Fenwick's giant chair in front). This is at 78 Government Street, at the intersection of Route 1, in Kittery, Maine.
If we cancel a class because of poor road conditions, we will send an email 2 hours prior to class start time. This information will not be listed on the website.
New to yoga? Our gentle level classes are a great intro to yoga, and are appropriate for anyone seeking a slower pace that focuses on the foundations of the practice.
Please consider lightening yoga's environmental footprint by walking, biking, or carpooling to class! We use recycled paper products, compact florescent lightbulbs, and heat our studio reasonably.
