New to yoga and looking for a beginner-friendly class? Our beginner classes are truly designed for those who have never done yoga. Join us: 

Level 1 classes on Wednesdays at 10am, Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 10am,

Body-Friendly on Saturdays at 10am (for overweight or obese yogis at the beginner level)

Healthy Aging on Tues at 8am and Thurs at 8am.
