Level 1 classes on Fridays at 10am, and Wednesdays at 6 pm
Body-Friendly on Saturdays at 10am (for overweight or obese yogis at the beginner level)
Healthy Aging on Tues at 8am, Wed at 10am and Thurs at 8am.
