Loaner mats available, but we recommend having your own mat. Bring a refillable water bottle, filtered water is available at the studio. Avoid eating a heavy meal two to three hours before class. Wear light, comfortable clothing for practice. Avoid very loose clothing. You may want to bring a long-sleeve top to wear at the end of class as you are cooling down. Yoga is practiced barefoot. Since this style of yoga is vigorous, you will likely work up a sweat during class so you may want to bring a towel.
